Negative thinking can weigh you down, but by staying in touch with your emotions, you can draw upon the Divine Spirit to help you battle those negative forces. It may not be easy, but you must look ahead and trust in the power of your internal peace to guide you through rough times. Your inner peace can also be a source of strength for others who are open to the light.  Stay connected to your feelings and the Divine Spirit, and together, you can overcome any obstacle.
